The park is located on the first line of the beach, in the dune area of Praia da Mata. It has flat, sandy terrain with little shade and has several sanitary blocks equipped with hot water and facilities for users with reduced mobility. Very popular during the bathing season, it is frequented by many campers on a permanent camping basis.
